摘　　要：建立ISO质量管理体系是提高科研项目管理效能的重要途径,也是科技计划管理改革对项目管理专业机构建设的具体要求。文章结合新版ISO 9000:2015标准,以科研项目管理专业机构为主体对象,分析探讨了ISO质量管理原则在科研项目管理工作中的应用,以期为新形势下科研项目管理专业机构进一步提升管理水平提供参考。Implementing the ISO quality management system is an important approach to enhance research project management. It is also the specific requirement for constructing research project management organization in the context of reforming the national research projects. In this article, the application of ISO quality management principles on research project management was studied, based on the revised-version ISO9000：2015 standard. It aimed to provide implications for enhancing level of research project management of special management organizations under the new situation.
