浅议如何完善农业科研基地建设项目管理工作

摘　　要：随着农业科研基地在农业科研工作中发挥着越来越重要的作用,农业科研基地建设项目也越来越多,如何管理好基地的建设项目,为农业科研单位的科学研究和科技创新提供优良的条件保障,已经成为摆在农业科研单位面前的重要课题。文章分析了农业科研单位基地建设项目管理工作的现状和存在的问题,剖析了管理工作不完善的原因,并从加强招投标管理、提高认识、健全管理机制和加强与当地管理部门沟通联系等方面提出了完善管理工作的建议。As agricultural research bases played more and more important role in agricultural researches and more construction programs set,it became an important issue for agricultural scientific research units to manage these programs better and supply good conditions for scientific research and innovation. Current situation and existing problems in management of these programs were analyzed in the paper. Reasons caused the imperfect of management were also analyzed. Some advices on how to improve the management of base construction were suggested, such as strengthening the management of bidding, raising recognition, improving management mechanism, and strengthening connection with local management agency.
