摘　　要：电务"两违"屡禁不止是长期影响我国铁路行车安全和电务职工人身安全的一大顽症。对电务"两违"屡禁不止的问题进行了反思,总结了成都局电务系统"两违"治理的新方法。Repeated Two Violations is a major chronic disease for the safety of railway traffic and personal safety of communication and signal service workers. We make introspection on the prob- lem of two violations in railway communication and signal system and sum up new method to curb two violations in railway communication and signal system of Chengdu Railway Bureau.
