肺心病营养不良从脾胃论治

摘　　要：肺心病营养不良,多呈进行性加重,并发症多,但多于疾病后期才引起重视,西医多予以体外营养支持,并不能解决根本问题。中医从"治未病"思想出发,未病先防,已病防变,以脾胃生理特性为基础,以脾胃为中心,安和五脏,补益气血,调和升降,防重于治,将西医辨病与中医辨证有机结合,中西互补,病症结合,采用个体化治疗方案,在肺心病早、中、晚期均予以干预,从脾胃出发,调和五脏,恢复及增强各脏生理机能,对改善肺心病营养不良状况、患者生活质量、远期生存率具有重大意义。Malnutrition caused by chronic pulmonary heart disease,mostly progressive increase,complications,great harm,but more attention only late in the disease has been difficult to correct,then Western medicine to be in vitro nutritional support,and does not solve the fundamental problem,while the Chinese from the ＂Pro-disease＂ideological departure,not disease prevention,disease prevention have been changed to stomach physiological characteristics as the basis,and stomach as the center,Ann and five internal organs,blood tonic,reconcile movements,anti emphasis on governance,the Western medicine disease and TCM dialectical organic combination of Chinese and Western complementary,integrated disease using individualized treatment programs in pulmonary heart disease early,middle and late were to intervene,from stomach starting to reconcile the five internal organs,restoring and enhancing the dirty physiological function,to improve malnutrition,quality of life,long-term survival of great significance.
