摘　　要：目的探究肾衰方治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取慢性肾衰竭患者80例,采用随机数字表随机分为2组,各40例,对照组给予西医常规药物治疗,实验组则在对照组的基础上应用肾衰方治疗,均30d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程,检测临床总有效率,对比治疗前后血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)和血红蛋白(Hb)的改善情况。结果实验组总有效率为85%,高于对照组的70%(P<0.05);2组Scr、BUN和Hb比较,实验组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾衰方具有补益脾肾,益气养阴,活血利水,泄浊解毒之功,能有效改善肾功能,降低Scr、BUN,明显提高Hb含量。objective To explore the renal failure clinical curative effect for the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods The 80 cases of patients with chronic renal failure,with random number table were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 40 people,including the control group gives the western medicine routine drug treatment,the experimental group were applied in the control group on the basis of kidney failure treatment. In the two groups were 30 days for a period of treatment,treatment 2 course of treatment. After treatment,the detection rate of clinical there,compared with patients before and after treatment,serum creatinine（ Scr）,blood urea nitrogen（ BUN）and hemoglobin（ Hb） to improve the situation. Results After treatment,two groups of patients with clinical symptoms were good,the experimental group patients after treatment the total effective rate was 85%,control group patients after treatment the total effective rate was 70%,the experimental group efficient is better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; Two groups of patients after treatment,serum creatinine（ Scr）,blood urea nitrogen（ BUN） and hemoglobin（ Hb）,according to the comparison of two groups of patients were improved,and the experimental group improved better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Renal failure with benefit spleen and kidney,nourishing Yin,activating blood,water,drainage turbidity of detoxification effect,can improve the renal function,reduce serum creatinine（ Scr）,blood urea nitrogen（ BUN）,and significantly improve the content of hemoglobin（ Hb）,to give a guidance of clinical,worth clinical promotion.
