松肌正骨术治疗脊源性类冠心病综合征

摘　　要：目的探讨松肌正骨术治疗脊源性类冠心病综合征的疗效。方法 46例脊源性类冠心病患者随机分为对照组23例和观察组23例,对照组采用牵引联合双氯酚酸钾和地巴唑口服治疗,观察组单纯采用松肌正骨术治疗。结果对照组治愈5例,好转10例,无效8例,总有效率65.2%,观察组治愈18例,好转5例,无效0例,总有效率100%。结论松肌正骨术治疗脊源性类冠心病综合征,能减轻各型症状,改善颈肢体功能。Objective To investigate the curative effect in treating CHD syndromes linked to spinal disease by muscle relaxation and bone-setting techniques in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods Forty-six inpatients with CHD syndromes were chosen to be test subjects who were then randomly divided into two groups ——observation group（ 23 individuals） and comparison group（ 23 individuals）. The comparison group was given traction treatment accompanied with Diclofenac potassium and Dibazolum oral intake. The observation group was treated with TCM muscle relaxation and bone-setting techniques only. Results The outcome indicates an effective rate of 100% with the observation group in which 18 out of 23 individuals no longer complained about CHD related symptoms and 5 patients experienced significant improvement. An effective rate of 65. 2% was achieved with the comparison group in which 5 out of27 individuals no longer complained about CHD related symptoms,10 improved considerably and 8 experienced no effect at all. Conclusion It is evident that treating CHD syndromes linked to spinal diseases by TCM muscle relaxation and bone-setting techniques can effectively alleviate CHD related symptoms.
