摘　　要：目的探讨脏时相调法针刺治疗产后缺乳的疗效。方法收治产后缺乳患者60例,随机分为2组,对照组采用低频脉冲电刺激治疗,治疗组给予脏时相调法针刺治疗,比较2组的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率100%,优于对照组的60.0%(P<0.05)。结论脏时相调法针刺治疗产后缺乳,可以明显增加产妇泌乳量,有效改善产后乳汁过少的症状。Objective To investigate the curative effect of time phase modulation method of acupuncture in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia. Methods The 60 cases of patients with postpartum hypogalactia were divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation,the treatment group was treated with acupuncture,the curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results The curative effect of the treatment group 100% was better than that of the control group 60. 0%（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of time phase modulation method of acupuncture in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia was better than that of the low frequency pulse electric stimulation therapy.
