摘　　要：使用开源软件Drupal建设机构知识库系统,基于Web 2.0的网络平台将团队协作平台与机构知识管理平台融为一体,用户可在平台上创建项目群组,人员通过网络平台加入项目群组形成动态的虚拟团队并在群组内协同工作。项目进行过程中,团队人员持续地将文档提交到项目群组,在群组内部进行共享和利用,不断积累成为项目群组的知识资产。项目完成后,整个项目群组被封存冻结,成为机构知识库的一部分,用户可回溯到任何时间节点查看项目的完成情况,从而在助力团队协作的同时,动态、实时、高效地完成知识资产的收集、有效存储和利用。After the institutional repository system was constructed using the open-source software Drupal, the team collaboration platform and institutional repository platform were integrated into a Web 2.0-based network plat- form on which the users can create their project groups and other users can be formed as dynamic virtual groups by joining the team group in which they work in collaboration. The team members submit the files to the project group in a sustained manner for its share and use during the ongoing project, and the files become the intellectual proper- ties of project group. The whole project group was sealed as a part of institutional repository after the project was completed, and the users can see how the project is completed at any time, thus helping the collection, store and use of intellectual properties.
