摘  要:目的比较人工真皮复合组织瓣和传统预构皮瓣修复创面效果的差异。方法s—D大鼠随机分成A、B两组(每组40只),A组大鼠采用人工真皮复合组织瓣修复创面,B组采用传统预构皮瓣修复创面;分别在术后不同时间点(第7、14、21、28天)通过皮瓣观察、活动度观察、肿胀度观察、组织学观察、影像学观察等方法比较两组皮瓣修复效果的差异。结果A组在皮瓣观察、双腿活动度、双腿肿胀度方面都与B组无明显差异;影像学观察发现,A组皮瓣血液灌注优于B组皮瓣;A组皮瓣厚度优于B组皮瓣,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论人工真皮复合组织瓣是一种理想的修复骨骼、肌腱外露创面的方法,其修复效果优于传统预构皮瓣。Objective To explore the difference between the two repair methods of artificial dermis composite tissue flap and traditional prefabricated flap in repair of wound on rat with exposed bone and tendon. Methods S-D rats were randomly divided into two groups named group A and B ( n =40). Wounded rats in group A were treated with artificial dermis composite tissue flap, while those in group B were repaired with traditional prefabricated flap. Observation of flap appearance, range of motion, degree of swelling, tissue section, and imaging examination were performed postoperatively at 7 days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days and these results were com- pared. Results There were no obvious differences in flap appearance, range of motion, or degree of swelling be- tween the two groups. Blood peffusion of the artificial dermis composite tissue flap was better than that of traditional prefabricated flap. Thickness of artificial dermis composite tissue flap was significantly thicker than that of traditional prefabricated flap; the difference had statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Artificial dermis composite tissue flap is an ideal method for repairing wound with exposed bone and tendon, and its restorative effect is better than that with traditional prefabricated flap.
