摘　　要：本文采用扫描电镜、金相显微镜、光谱分析等方法分析空气预热器波形板的断裂失效事故的原因,指出露点腐蚀不仅在波形板表面发生,造成波形板厚度的减薄,还在合金内部发生,形成腐蚀孔洞,并且严重的露点腐蚀使得波形板的抗冲击强度严重下降,在吹灰蒸汽的冲击下,最终断裂。文章最后总结了在目前的技术条件下防止露点腐蚀发生的措施。The paper analyzes the fracture reason of the corrugated plate by the method of scanning electron microscope( SEM),metallographic microscope,spectroanalysis instrument,and pinots out that dew point corrosion occurs not only at the surface of the corrugated plate,resulting in the thinning of the plate,but also occurs and forms cores in the inner part of the plate. Serious dew point corrosion results in the severe decrease of strength of the corrugated plate and the the corrugated plate is broken due to the impact of the blowing steam. At last the paper concludes precaution of preventing dew point corrosion under the condition of current technology.
