摘　　要：文章记录了一起500 kV主变总烃异常缺陷从出现至发展的跟踪全过程。其间对该主变进行了试验及内检等多次诊断,但检测结果无法准确符合任一缺陷特征,最终经过逐一排除后确定了缺陷原因,并通过解体检查验证了分析。This paper introduces the whole process of abnormal increase of the total hydrocarbon for a 500 kV transformer. In this period,the transformer was tested and internal inspection was conducted several times,but the results could not accurately match the any defects characteristics. After excluding the possible reasons one by one,the cause of defects was finally found and verified by the disintegration.
