显微镜下和腹腔镜下精索静脉结扎术中情况及术后并发症比较

摘　　要：目的比较显微镜下和腹腔镜下精索静脉结扎术动、静脉和淋巴管的保留情况及复发和并发症情况;观察两组精索静脉结扎术是否能提高精索静脉曲张患者的精液质量。方法前瞻性选择广东药学院附属第一医院泌尿外科2014年1月至2015年1月收治的70例精索静脉曲张患者,根据手术将其分为两组,分别为显微镜组和腹腔镜组,各35例。比较接受这两组术前、术后精液质量的改善情况;术中复发及并发症情况。结果显微镜组保留动脉和淋巴管率为100.0%明显高于腹腔镜组43.8%(P<0.05);显微镜术后复发及并发症发生率均明显低于腹腔镜组(P<0.05)。结论显微镜下精索静脉结扎术能更好保留动脉和淋巴管,且并发症和复发率明显降低,可作为治疗精索静脉曲张首选术式。Objective To compare the retention and recurrence and complications of the operation,venous and lymphatic vessels of the patients with laparoscopic ligation of the veins,and to observe whether the two groups can improve the semen quality of the patients with the. Methods 70 cases of patients with varicose vein in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected,and divided into 2 groups according to the operation,which were divided into 35 groups. To compare the improvement of the quality of the sperm before and after the operation of the two groups. Results The rate of retained arteries and lymphatic vessels in the microscope group was significantly higher than that in the laparoscopic group 43. 8%( P < 0. 05); the recurrence rate and the complication rate were significantly lower than that of laparoscopic operation( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Under the microscope,the ligation of the cord vein can better preserve the artery and lymphatic vessels, and the complications and recurrence rate were significantly decreased,which can be used as the first choice for the treatment of the first choice for the treatment of the patients with the treatment of the first choice.
