观察比较乳酸杆菌活菌制剂与甲硝唑类制剂治疗妊娠合并细菌性阴道病的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察比较乳酸杆菌活菌制剂与甲硝唑类制剂治疗妊娠合并细菌性阴道病的临床疗效。方法 2013年5月—2015年5月期间到深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院进行临床治疗的180例妊娠合并细菌性阴道病患者作为研究对象,随机平均分成A、B、C三组,A组患者采用乳酸杆菌活菌制剂进行治疗,B组患者采用甲硝唑类制剂进行治疗,C组患者则同时给予以上两种药物进行治疗,然后统计比较3组患者所取得的临床疗效。结果 C组患者的临床总有效率明显优于B组,且差异性显著;而A组的总有效率低于C组,但无显著性差异,在临床治疗后的起效时间与复发率上,C组患者明显优于A组和B组;复发者经再次治疗后显效与有效率增加,且C组患者的总有效率要高于A组与B组,但差异性不明显,数据比较没有显著性差异。结论在治疗妊娠合并细菌性阴道病患者时采用乳酸杆菌活菌制剂和甲硝唑类制剂联合用药相比于单一使用临床效果更好,不容易复发,安全性更好,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To observe the comparative live lactobacillus bacteria preparation and metronidazole agents in the treatment of pregnancy with bacterial vaginal disease clinical curative effect. Methods In May 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital for clinical treatment of 180 cases of pregnancy with bacterial vaginal disease as the research object,the average random divided into A,B,C three groups,group A were treated by lactic acid bacteria living bacteria preparation treatment,B group of patients treated with metronidazole agents,group C patients were treated with the above two kinds of drug,and statistics to compare the clinical efficacy of three groups of patients. Results The patients clinical total effective rate of group C was better than group B,and a significant difference; And the total effective rate of group A is lower than in group C,but there was no significant difference,the working time and the recurrence rate after clinical treatment on patients of group C is superior to group A and group B; Recurrence after treatment with again powerfully and efficiently increase,and the total effective rate of group C patients than in group A and group B,but the difference is not obvious,there is no significant difference between data comparison. Conclusion In the treatment of pregnancy with bacterial vaginal disease when using live lactobacillus bacteria preparations and metronidazole combination compared to a single use clinical effect is better,it is not easy to relapse,better security. Is worth popularizing in clinical use.
