脑室引流术后并发脑室感染的原因及防治效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析脑室引流术后并发脑室感染的原因,并观察防治效果。方法:对我院近年来脑室引流术后并发脑室感染的原因进行分析,并实施相应的防治措施。以未发生脑室感染患者83例作为A组,发生脑室感染患者45例作为B组。对比两组患者在性别、年龄、体重、引流时间等方面的差异性,并观察经治疗后两组患者MMSE评分的差异性。结果:与A组对比发现,B组患者年龄较大,引流时间较长,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者性别比、体重无统计学差异(P>0.05)。经治疗后两组患者MMSE评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:在脑室引流术后脑室感染与患者年龄、引流时间等因素有关。经抗感染处理后,多数患者可达到良好的疗效,对精神状态影响较小。Objective: To Analyze ventricular drainage complicated with ventricular infection,observed the effect of prevention and cure.Methods:Analyzed ventricular drainage complicated with ventricular infection after operation,correspond prevention measures.A group with no ventricular infection,B group with ventricle infection.Compare gender,age,weight,drainage time between 2 groups,observe MMSE score of 2 groups.Results:Compare with A group,B group were older,drainage time is longer,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Sex ratio,body weight hsd no statistically significant differences (P>0.05).MMSE scores showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:In the drainage of ventricle ventricular infection,age,drainage time.After anti-infection treatment,most patients can achieve good curative effect,less impact on the mental state.
