医院临床药师用药管理对临床合理用药促进价值的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨医院临床药师用药管理对临床合理用药的促进价值。方法:将360例入住我院各科室的患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组180例。对照组给予常规用药管理,观察组由临床药师对患者用药全过程进行管理。结果:观察组住院时间、抗菌药费用、住院费用及抗菌药物使用种类均小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组处方记录不规范、剂型书写错误、规格数量不规范、字迹不清、处方涂改及未使用专用处方等发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组管理后生活质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:医院临床药师用药管理对促进临床合理用药具有较高的价值。Objective: To investigate the value of rational use of drugs of clinical pharmacist medication management. Methods:360 cases patients of in our hospital departments treated were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group was 180 cases.The control group received conventional medication management,observation group by the clinical pharmacist to the patient medication to manage the whole process.Results:The duration of hospitalization,antimicrobial drug costs,hospital costs and types of antimicrobial drug use were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05); observation group prescription records are not standardized,forms clerical error,the number of non-standard specifications,illegible,altered prescriptions and unused prescription and other special incidence rate was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05); the group managed to observe the quality of life was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hospital clinical pharmacist medication management has a high value.
