输液式口腔冲洗护理对颌面外科手术愈合的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨颌面外科术后患者采取输液式口腔冲洗护理的临床应用效果.方法：采用随机区组法,将2011～2012年实施常规口腔冲洗患者为对照组（n=61例）,以2013～2014年实施输液式口腔冲洗患者为观察组（n=61例）,比较两组患者在冲洗舒适度、口腔清洁度差异,并对患者满意度进-步分析.结果：观察组患者在冲洗舒适度上明显优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;同时,观察组患者护理后口腔洁净度（1.00±0.00）优于对照组口腔洁净度（1.51±0.61）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,此外,对两组患者护理效果的各项指标进行比较可知,观察组均优于对照组,且观察组患者满意度（95.1%）高于对照组患者满意度（75.4%）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：输液式口腔冲洗护理有助于提高颌面外科术后患者冲洗舒适度、口腔清洁度以及患者满意度.Objective: To discuss maxillofacial surgery patients take oral rinse formula infusion care clinical effect.Methods:Randomized block method to implement the type of oral rinse infusion time a packet based on the upcoming 2011~2012 implemented routine oral rinse patients in the control group(n=61 patients) in 2013~2014 implemented infusion style oral irrigators patients in the observation group(n=61 patients), two groups were compared in wash comfort,cleanliness and the oral tongue differences,and further analysis of the effect of care and patient satisfaction.Results:Rinse the observation group were on comfort than the control group of patients, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); at the same time, oral cleanliness(1.00±0.00) than the control group was observed after oral cleanliness care patients(1.51±0.61), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and oral irrigator different way, the former patient tongue separated more score to 0-1, two groups of patients the indicators care benefits were comparison, the observation group than the control group, and patient satisfaction in the observation group(95.1%) was higher patient satisfaction(75.4%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Infusion oral rinse formula helps improve care and maxillofacial surgery patients rinse comfort, cleanliness and oral care effect, clinical application value.
