摘 要:改良型氧化沟工艺通过在循环廊道内增设缓流板来调控循环比,以此调节好氧区向缺氧区回流的混合液,进而改善系统的脱氮除磷效果.对比研究了氧化沟循环廊道内增设缓流板前后,循环比分别为241和27时,系统内自养硝化菌、传统异养反硝化菌、聚磷菌(好氧聚磷菌及缺氧反硝化聚磷菌)和普通异养菌所占的比例.分析结果表明:循环比为241时,系统中微生物以聚磷菌和普通异氧菌为主,占所有菌群比例分别为44.65%,和32.78%,,此时缺氧反硝化聚磷菌占总聚磷菌的比例为24.12%,;循环比为27时,系统中微生物以聚磷菌为主,所占比例为77.36%,,此时缺氧反硝化聚磷菌占总聚磷菌的比例为48.90%,.The recirculation ratio was regulated by installing flashboard in circulation compartment section in order to control mixed liquor refluxing from aerobic zone to anoxic zone and improve the nutrients removal efficiencies in the modified oxidation ditch. This paper, when the recirculation ratios were 241 and 27 respectively, examines the situation before and after installing flashboard in circulation compartment section, including the proportions level of autotrophic nitrifying bacteria, traditional denitrification heterotrophic organisms, phosphate accumulating organisms(aerobic phosphate accumulating organisms and anoxic denitrifying phosphate accumulating organisms) and ordinary heterotrophic organisms in this system.The results showed that, when the recirculation ratio was 241, the microorganism in the treatment system were mainly phosphate accumulating organisms and ordinary heterotrophic organisms, which accounted for 44.65% and 32.78% of the whole flora respectively, and the anoxic denitrifying phosphate accumulating organisms accounted for 24.12% of the total phosphate accumulating organisms. When the recirculation was 27, the main microorganism were phosphate accumulating organisms, and the proportions were 77.36% in the whole flora, and the anoxic denitrifying phosphate accumulating organisms accounted for 48.90% of the total phosphate accumulating organisms.
