摘  要:以间位型芳纶/N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(PMIA/DMAC)为纺丝液,采用静电纺丝技术成功制备出PMIA纳米纤维膜,采用单因素变量法探讨了电纺工艺对PMIA纳米纤维形态的影响,并通过SEM图像及直径分布获得了电纺PMIA的较佳工艺参数为:纺丝液质量分数14%,电压25 kV,进液速率0.2 mL/h,接收距离16 cm.采用红外、TG测试手段表征了PMIA纳米纤维膜的结构和热稳定性能.结果表明:PMIA纳米纤维膜的玻璃化转变和热分解温度分别为273℃和431℃,具有着良好的热稳定性能.The electrospinning factors of influencing morphologies of PMIA nanofiber were discussed using single factor variable method, and finally the optimum electrospun crafts for PMIA nanofiber were obtained according its SEM images and diameter distribution. The results showed that the optimum electrospun crafts were: spinning concentration was 14%, voltage was 25 kV, spinning speed was 0.2 mL/h, and reception distance was 16 cm.FT-IR, TG and DSC were used to characterize the structure and thermal stability of PMIA nanofiber membrane.The results showed that the maximum thermal decomposition and glass transition temperature of the PMIA nanofiber membrane was 431 ℃ and 273 ℃ respectively, which indicates that the PMIA nanofiber membrane had a high heat resistance temperature.
