公共外交的东方路径?——中俄公共外交发展比较

摘　　要：公共外交作为构建国家形象、提升国家软实力的有效手段,在西方国家对外政策中起到重要作用。21世纪以来,中国和俄罗斯开始发展其公共外交工具。回顾两国公共外交的发展历程,可以看到两国的公共外交具有不少共同特征,并且体现出了不同于西方公共外交的"东方路径"。Public diplomacy as an effective means to build a national image and enhance soft power plays an important role in the foreign policies of Western countries. China and Russia have started developing their own public diplomacy tools in the current century. Reviewing the development process in these two countries, we find many common characteristics as well as an 'Eastern path'that differs from public diplomacy in the West.
