摘　　要：在全球化和信息化的浪潮下,随着中国国家综合实力和国际地位的提高,国际交流与公共外交的重要性越发凸显.本文以参与式观察、问卷调查和访谈组成的实证研究为主,旨在研究以中国留学生为主体的国际交流的现有方式、作用及不足.International exchanges and public diplomacy are becoming increasingly important for China, a fast rising power, in the era of information and globalization. The article uses the participating observance method, questionnaires and interviews to study the form, functions and shortcomings of Chinese students' international exchanges and proposes suggestions for policymakers.
