摘　　要：尽管我国的法学研究已经取得了巨大的成就,但是法学研究的学术机制仍需不断改进,以更好地发挥法学研究在繁荣法学和推进法治方面的作用。为此,应当处理好法学研究的创新性与有效性之间的关系,法学知识的外源性与学术人格的自主性之间的关系,以及关于法治问题的分科研究与综合解决之间的关系。Although great progress has been registered in legal research in China,its academic mechanism needs to be further improved,so as to strengthen its role in promoting the rule of law and the prosperity of the discipline itself.To this end,it is necessary to properly handle the relationships between the innovation and effectiveness of legal studies,between external sources of knowledge and independence of academic integrity,and between the division and comprehension of research of rule of law.
