摘　　要：采用高性能ADSP—BF537数字处鲤芯片，通过嵌入式控制程序加载方法，构建金属质谱分析系统。进行了系统的硬件电路模块化设计，包括时钟电路、金属质谱的AD采样电路、嵌入式程序加载电路等。最后进行了联调测试，测试结果表明，该系统的可靠性较好，对金属质谱分析的准确性较高。The high performance adsp-bf537 digital processing chip, through the embedded control program loading method, constructed of metal mass spectrometry analysis system. The system hardware circuit modular design, including the clock circuit, a metallic mass of AD sampling circuit, embedded program loading circuit and so on. Finally, the joint debugging and testing. The test results show that the reliability of the system is better, to metal mass spectrometry analysis of high accuracy.
