浅谈流变剂在高固体分环氧防腐涂料中的应用

摘　　要：通过几类代表性的流变剂在高固体分环氧防腐涂料中的应用实验,比较了它们对涂料黏度、触变性、抗流挂性及在50℃热贮存时涂料黏度、分层、沉降稳定性的性能,发现聚酰胺蜡粉类流变剂表现出优异的综合性能。Through comparing varying rheological agents in high solid epoxy anticorrosion coatings, its influences on the viscosity, anti-sagging property, and the paint viscosity and storage stability at 50℃ were investigaled. Test results indicated that the use of polyamide wax rheological agent in high solid epoxy anticorrosion coatings had good comprehensive properties.
