制备噪声抑制片用磁性涂料的配方设计

摘　　要：采用不同类型的基料树脂和分散剂、防沉剂、溶剂、吸收剂制得磁性涂料。对磁性涂料的分散性、成膜性进行研究和测试,结果表明,由BYK-P104、BYK-410、聚脲树脂制备的磁性涂料,可采用溶液流延法生产薄型和超薄型噪声抑制片。Magnetic coatings were prepared by different types of base resins and dispersing additives, solvent and absorber. The dispersion and filming of magnetic coatings were studied and tested. The results showed that magnetic coatings prepared by BYK-P104.BYK-410 and polyurea resin was adopted to manufacture thin and ultrathin noise suppressing sheet by solution casting.
