摘　　要：深圳图书馆研制开发的自助图书馆取得了很大的成功,在博得各界赞誉的同时,也引发一些争议。对其中的误会和曲解理应详加辨析。各地图书馆要因地制宜地参考应用深圳自助图书馆的模式。Self-service library researched and developed by Shenzhen Library has achieved a great success, at the same time of winning praise from all walks of life, also caused some controversy. Misunderstanding and misinterpretation should be analyzed detailedly. Local libraries should refer to the mode of self-service library in Shenzhen according to the local conditions.
