摘　　要：通过对国内外商用车底盘防腐蚀技术的研究,探讨了底盘整体喷漆技术在商用车生产中的应用,系统介绍了底盘整体喷漆线工艺布局方法、低温快干涂料的应用技术以及满足更高环保要求的沸石浓缩转轮焚烧系统在底盘整体喷漆中的应用。Based on the research on the anti-corrosive technology of commercial vehicle chassis at home and abroad, the application of the whole chassis spray painting technology in the production of commercial vehicle was discussed. Process layout method of chassis painting line, the application of fast drying coating and the application of zeolite concentrate rotary combustion system were introduced in detail.
