摘  要:目的对红毛七的皂苷成分进行研究。方法将样品采用硅胶柱层析、凝胶柱层析、反相柱层析及高效液相色谱法等分离技术进行纯化得到单体化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其化学结构。结果本文报道5个单体化合物,分别鉴定为葳严仙皂苷C(1)、3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-常春藤皂苷元-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-常春藤皂苷-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-常春藤皂苷元-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→2)[β-D-吡喃木糖(1→6)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-丝石竹皂苷元-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)。结论化合物2、4、5为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Objective To determine the triterpene saponins from the roots of Caulophyllum robustum Maxim. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated from the roots of Caulophyllum robustum Maxim by chromatographies of silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and HPLC, and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic data analysis. Results Five saponins were isolated and identified as cauloside C (1), 3-O-β- D-glucopyranosyl (1 → 2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-hederagenin-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (2), 3-O-α- arabinopyranosyl-hederagenin-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1 →6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (3), 3-O-β- D-glucopyranosyl-hederagenin-28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→ 2)[β-D-xylopyranosyl (1 →6)]-β-D- glueopyranosyl ester (4), and 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-gypsogenin-28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 →4)-β-D- glucopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (5). Conclusion Compound 2, 4 and 5 have been isolated from Caulophyllum for the first time.
