摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师对烧伤患者营养支持治疗的药学服务内容和方法。方法通过分析对严重烧伤患者营养支持治疗的药学服务过程,阐述了从热能与营养素的需要量、营养支持的药物选择、营养支持途径、并发症的防治以及其他特殊营养物质应用等角度展开药学服务。结果通过临床药师的药学服务,完成了营养支持方案,为相关治疗奠定了基础。结论营养支持是严重烧伤患者治疗中的重要措施之一,药学服务使营养支持治疗更加规范和有效。同时,"医、药、护"相互协作服务于患者,体现了临床药师的价值。Objective To explore the contents and methods of pharmaceutical care for nutrition support for patients with severe bums. Methods By analyzing the pharmaceutical care process for nutrition support in patients with Severe burns, pharmaceutical care was provided including the thermal energy and nutrient require- merits, the choice of drugs, nutrition support pathway, complication prevention and special nutrient application. Results Nutritional support was completed with pharmaceutical care from clinical pharmacists, and laid the foundation for related treatments. Conclusion Nutritional support is important for patients with severe bums.Nutritional support treatment is more standardized and effective with pharmaceutical care guided by pharma- cists. Collaboration among doctors, pharmacists and nurse helps patients recover and shows the value of clinical pharmacists.
