摘　　要：目的探索生殖内分泌科开展临床药学服务的模式。方法结合临床药师实际工作,通过案例分析介绍本院临床药师在生殖内分泌科开展临床药学服务的模式。结果临床药师在生殖内分泌病房及门诊,通过审核医嘱、参与医疗查房及治疗方案制定、开展药学查房等,有目标、有层次地开展临床药学服务。结论临床药师开展临床药学服务,提高药物使用的安全性、有效性及经济性,促进合理用药。Objective To explore the mode of clinical pharmacy service in the Department of Reproductive Endocrinology. Methods Based on the practical work of clinical pharmacists, we analyzed the mode of clini- cal pharmacy service in the Department of Reproductive Endocrinology. Results Clinical pharmacists provide targeted and stratified clinical pharmacy service in the Ward and Outpatient Department by checking doctors＇ prescriptions, and participating in the medical rounds. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists provide pharmaceutical service to enhance the safety economy and effectiveness of medications and rational drug use.
