摘　　要：目的通过引入现代化仓储管理信息系统降低药师的劳动强度,提升住院药房的管理水平和工作效率,确保住院患者的用药安全。方法引进仓储管理信息系统和电子标签拣药系统等现代化物流管理技术,实现了住院药房调剂模式从"人找药"到"药找人"的改变,极大地提高了药师的工作效率,使药师有更多的精力放在药学服务上。结果经过近1年的系统试运行,智能数字化药房运行井然有序,药师调剂药品的工作效率大幅提高,住院患者的用药安全保障有效,体现了医院"以病人为中心,质量为核心,全心全意为病人服务"的服务宗旨。结论仓储管理信息系统的引进,不仅保证了住院药房管理的规范性,也较大程度地提高了药师的工作效率。Objective To introduce modem warehouse information system in the hospital pharmacy manage- ment, reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency, and ensure the drug safety of inpatients. Methods The introduction of warehouse information systems, electronic tag delivery system, and other modem logistics management technology changed the hospital drug dispensing from ＂people-looking-for-drugs＂ to ＂medicine- looking-for-people＂, which greatly improved the efficiency. Results After nearly 10 months of trial operation, the intelligent digital pharmacy ran well, the working efficiency of drug dispensing was greatly improved, the medication safety of hospitalized patients was guaranteed, which effectively reflected patient-centered, quality services. Conclusion The introduction of warehouse information system not only ensures the hospital pharmacy management standardization, but also greatly improves the efficiency of pharmacists.
