摘 要:为了研究长输天然气管道泄漏检测与定位技术,将管道泄漏检测技术中常用的负压波检测原理与Lab VIEW技术相结合,设计了一套基于Lab VIEW的长输天然气管道泄漏检测与定位分析程序,利用该程序对长输天然气管道泄漏的负压波信号进行滤波和数据处理。利用小波变换的多尺度功能,提取信号的突变或瞬态特征,计算奇异点位置,达到泄漏定位的目的;选取不同类型小波进行泄漏定位误差分析,找出该工况条件下最佳的小波类型。结果表明:该程序对泄漏点的定位误差在4%以内,具有较高的精确度和可行性;在该工况下,最佳的小波类型为db5,其定位误差精确到0.034%。This paper is inclined to introduce the results of our study on the long distanee natural gas pipeline leak detection and location technology so as to provide a safe and reliable method for the likely disaster relief. For our research purpose, we have designed a set of long distance gas pipeline leak detection and location analysis pro- grams based on the LabVIEW approach. Generally speaking, what we suggest to do is to combine the principle of negative pressure wave detection commonly used in the pipeline leak detection with the Lab- VIEW technology, which helps us to filter out the negative pressure wave signals of the gas pipeline leakage and do the data processing. The aforementioned natural gas pipeline leak detection and location technology can help us to work out the exact location of leak point or points precisely. By means of the fluid analysis softwa~ named Flu- ent, the gas leakage through a 0.04 m leak point in the 500 ms in the pipeline can be located accurately via the negative pressure wave sig- nals, with the leak point being 200 m away from the head of the pipeline. To simulate the signals of the actual pipeline status, we have adopted Gausslan white noise waveform VI of the LabVIEW with the purpose to add the noise-giving signals. Furthermore, we have managed to extract the composite signal mutation and the transient characteristics and accurately make out the singular point location which tends to find the goal of the leak locathm by way of the muhi- scale wavelet transformation function. What's more., we have also detceted the different types of wavelets for the leakage points and dis- covered the best type of the wavelets in the working condition. And, finally, the leak location analysis results prove that it would be possi- ble to limit the leak error forecast under 4% by using the said analy- sis program. Thus, it can be seen that this analysis program is quali- fied enough to be highly accurate and favorably feasible. It has proved that the best type of wavelet in this working conditi
