摘  要:为了将NY3菌实际应用于处理高浓度含油废水,采用摇瓶试验方法,研究了含油废水的理化特性对NY3菌去除高浓度油的影响。结果表明,NY3菌能耐高浓度油,降解石油烃的最佳p H值为7.5,24 h对质量浓度为2 000 mg/L的高含油废水中烃类的去除率高达72%。适度的含盐量可提高NY3菌降解原油的能力,与未外加Na Cl相比,2 g/L Na Cl使NY3菌降解原油效率提高约20%。Sn2+、Ag+、Pb2+、Cd2+、Hg2+等均能对NY3菌降解石油烃的效率产生抑制作用,其中Ag+作用最明显,使NY3菌24 h烃降解效率降低约38.8%。硝酸铵为NY3菌降解石油烃的最佳氮源,外加3.71 g/L硝酸铵,24 h内对油的去除率高达81.75%。外加表面活性剂(SDS)使降解体系中NY3菌细胞数量减少,同时使NY3菌降解油的效率降低约43.5%。The paper is engaged in a study of the effects of physico- chemical properties of the oily sewage on the oil removal efficiency by Pseudomonas aeruginosa NY3. We have done the batch test in a flask cultivation by using the standard gravimetric method and GC - FID for the degradation and the analysis of the hydrocarbons of the oil remov- ing rate. Practically speaking, we have done our experiments and tests in a pH range between 6.0 - 9.0, at the removal efficiency of oil from the concentrated artificial petroleum-containing water samples (oil concentration is 2 000 rag/L) at high levels, with the removal rate of oil mixture being as high as at about 72 % during the 24 h. Under the aforementioned conditions, it would be possible to improve the oil biodegradation ability of strain NY3 at the moderate salinity in the water samples. In so doing, as compared with the situations with- out the extra NaC1 addition, it would be possible for us to improve the oil degrading efficiency by about 20% , on the condition, when 2 g/L extra NaC1 was added to the biodcgradation fluid. However, the oil degradation ability of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain NY3 is likely to be inhibited noticeably by any of such heavy metal ions involved as Sn2+, Ag+, Pb2+, Cd2+, Hg2+ to a degree of 10 mg/L, which tends to retard the oil removal rate about 38.8%, with the ions of Ag ~ being the strongest inhibitor. It is just to reduce the functions of the aforementioned inhibitors that we suggest to adjust or reduce the effects of the inhibitors by using strain NY3, which can both enjoy a high oil-tolerable ability and the flexibility to remove the oil contents at the various oil concentrations in a range of 500 - 2 000 mg/L in the water. And, in the process of degrading the oil ions, it would be highly efficient to use Pseudomonas aeruginosa NY3 of the ammonium nitrate as the best nitrogen source.
