摘 要:采用盆栽试验研究了6种钝化材料(赤泥、硼泥、钙镁磷肥(GM)、磷矿粉(PK)、羟基磷灰石(HA)、磷酸二铵(AH))对不同铜污染水平的棕壤中小油菜(Brassica campestris,L var Conmunis)吸收铜的影响。结果表明,6种钝化材料均可明显降低铜污染棕壤中EDTA提取态铜的质量比。其中,铜污染水平为50 mg/kg时,施用200 mg P/kg土的钙镁磷肥的降低效果最明显,较对照处理降低了35.01%;铜污染水平为100 mg/kg时,施用2%赤泥、400 mg P/kg土的磷矿粉处理的降低效果最明显,较对照处理降低了43.59%和38.62%。铜污染水平为50 mg/kg时,施用2%赤泥处理小油菜的生物量增加了131%;铜污染水平为100 mg/kg时,施用2%、1%赤泥和400 mg P/kg土的钙镁磷肥处理小油菜生物量增加最明显,分别增加了191%、166%和125%。铜污染水平为50 mg/kg时,施用2%赤泥、200 mg P/kg土的磷酸二铵、200 mg P/kg土的钙镁磷肥处理降低小油菜铜质量比的效果最明显,与对照相比,小油菜的铜质量比分别降低了47.85%、31.22%和27.51%;铜污染水平为100 mg/kg时,施用2%赤泥、400 mg P/kg土的钙镁磷肥和硼泥-赤泥联合施用处理降低小油菜铜质量比的效果最明显,与对照相比,分别降低了57.34%、51.57%和53.24%。The paper is aimed at introducing the research findings on the impacts of different amehdments on the copper uptake by rape in the Cu-contaminated brown soil via a series of pot experiments. In order to investigate the impacts of the six amendments, including the red mud, boron mud and calcium magnesium phosphate, hydroxyap- atite, phosphate rock and diammonium hydrogen phosphate, on the copper uptake by rape ( Brassica campestris, L) and on the copper availability in the brown soil, we have carried out the above-men- tioned pot-growing experiments and compared the results gained with the results gained in the contrast or control groups. The results of the above-said experiments show that all the amendments help to reduce the EDTA-extracted Cu concentrations remarkably in the Cu contami- nated brown soil. As compared with the control group, the application of high doses of red mud (2%) and phosphate rock (200 mg/kg) to the aforementioned soil contaminated by a high grade of Cu have sig- nificantly reduced tile content rate of EDTA-extracted Cu by 43.59%, 38.62%, respectively. And, in the case of the applica- tion of high doses of calcium magnesium phosphate (200 mg/kg) in the said brown soil contaminated by a low level of Cu has made the concentration of EDTA-extracted Cu reduced by 35.01%. Further- more, adding hydroxyapatite and phosphate rock to the contaminated brown soil has been found capable to decrease the dry weight of rape, whereas adding calcium magnesium phosphate and diammonium hy- drogen phosphate helps to increase the said dry weight of the rape. Moreover, when compared with the control group, adding red mud (2% and I% ) and calcium magnesium phosphate (400 mg/kg) to the said brown soil contaminated by a high grade of Cu can help to increase the dry weight of rape remarkably up to a rate of 191% , 166%, 125%.
