摘 要:针对狼尾草消纳含重金属Cd的沼液后作为饲料再次利用可能存在二次污染风险的问题,通过盆栽试验研究了用含Cd的沼液浇灌对狼尾草生长的影响及Cd在植株中的分布状况。结果表明,含低浓度Cd的沼液促进了"闽牧6号"狼尾草的生长,提高了狼尾草茎、叶的N、P、K含量;人为添加Cd到沼液中显著抑制了狼尾草的生长,植株中N、P、K的吸收也受到抑制,对P、K的抑制效应更显著。Cd主要分布在狼尾草的根部,其次为茎和叶,狼尾草植株Cd质量比和含量均随沼液施用量增加而增加。未添加Cd的沼液浇灌后,所有处理的生物富集系数均大于1,Z750处理植株Cd质量比显著高于其他处理,且大于国标中饲料对Cd的最高添加限量2 mg/kg。人为添加Cd到沼液中,狼尾草植株Cd质量比和含量显著提高,且均显著高于对照。研究表明,"闽牧6号"狼尾草植株有积累Cd的潜能,可用于低浓度Cd污染土壤的生物修复,但循环再利用存在二次污染的风险。The article is aimed at presenting its research results over the response of P. americanum x P. purpureum to cadmium in the slurry and cadmium accumulation. Since biogas slurry consists of heavy metal cadmium (Cd), which tends to bring about potential risks to Pennisetum x Pennisetum purpureum to increase the Cd content in the plants, this paper would like to make an inves- tigation to determine the harmful effects of Cd pollution on the growth of P. americanum ~ P. purpureum CV. Minmu VI through fertilizer application by the biogas slurry with different heavy metal content of Cd by way of pot experiments. The research results of the pot-culture experiments indicate that the biogas slurry with lower Cd content tends to contribute to the growth of P. x P. purpureum CV. Minmu VI via strengthening the N, P and K contents in the leaves and shoots of the said plants. By adding Cd to the biogas slurry, it can significantly inhibit their growth of N, P and K via absorption of the aforementioned plants. At the same time, P and K absorption tends to promote the inhibitory function more significantly than N. What is more, since heavy metal Cd is mainly distributed in the roots of the aforementioned plants through shoots and leaves, more Cd con- centrations and contents of the plants has been found with the bi0gas slurry application. In addition, since the bio-concentration factor (BCF) of all the treatments tends to be higher than 1 as s result of plants fertilized by the biogas slurry with low Cd content, significant addition of Cd concentrations and contents when the biogas slurry is laden with up to 750 mL per pot and the Cd concentration proves to be greater than the Cd maximum concentration (2 mg/kg) of feed ad- ditive limited by the national standard. What is more, adding Cd to the biogas slurry can significantly increase the Cd concentration and the content of P. americanum x P. purpureum CV. Minmu VI by a higher degree than that in the control group. As a result, it can be concluded that P. americanum x
