摘 要:近年来在智能交通不断发展的宏观背景下,大数据作为智能交通解决方案的基础应用,获得了前所未有的关注。面对日益复杂的道路交通环境,公安机关交通管理部门应不断深入实施以大数据应用为核心的"科技强警"战略,积极打造深层次、精细化、前瞻性的智能交通警务。在现阶段,已有部分城市将大数据技术引入了公安交通管理领域,通过对交通数据信息的深度挖掘和综合运用,从而有效推动了交通管理策略由"业务驱动"向"数据预测"的转变,进一步实现了"向科技要警力、向科技要战斗力"的目标。In recent years, a big data environment is formed in road traffic system and big data analytics have emerged. From the view of people, vehicles, roads and the environment, the data sources of road traffic big data are analyzed. In developed countries, traffic control organizations have implemented big data strategies, so the big data analytics will have a significant impact for the future construction of traffic control information systems. This paper introduces the basic concept of big data and big data analytics, and presents the challenges of big data analytics in the traffic control information system. It also provides the application framework for big data analytics in the traffic control information system. On the basis, the solution is proposed for big data analytics in the traffic control system. This paper aims to improve the development of traffic control systems in the era of big data. The future applications of road traffic big data key issues, main technologies and technical basis for the road traffic big data are presented.
