摘 要:目的:使用蛋白质指纹技术(SELDI)预测伽玛刀治疗局部晚期胰腺癌治疗效果的临床应用价值。方法:选择2010年2月-2014年10月本院35例行伽玛刀胰腺癌患者,于治疗前抽血保存于-80℃低温冰箱,伽玛刀治疗后2个月,按WHO实体间质谱技术(SELDE-TOF-MS),通过分析血清特异性蛋白质质谱图,寻找差异蛋白指纹。结果:有效组与无效组中共检测出56个蛋白质峰,其中丰度(M/Z)为3337、9234、11 650的蛋白质组指纹两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中无效组上调的峰M/Z为3337、11 650,下调的峰M/Z为9234。结论:使用SELDI可以预测伽玛刀治疗局部胰腺癌的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供指导。Objective: Using protein fingerprint technology ( SELDI )to predict the efficacy of gamma knife treatment of locally advanced pancreatic cancer research the clinical application value. Method: The 35 patients with pancreatic cancer were selected from February 2010 to October 2014, during the gamma knife treatment from blood stored prior to treatment to -80℃ low temperature refrigerator. Two mofiths after gamma knife treatment, according to the WHO evaluate curative effect of therapeutic effect evaluation standard of solid tumors, and effective and ineffective group enhances the weak cationic CM10 chip combination show, serum specificity protein mass spectra, techniques were compared, using the time of flight mass spectrometry ( SELDE-TOF-MS ) . Result: In 56 protein peak detect, M/Z 3337, 9234, 11 650, proteomic fingerprint ( abundance ) which were significantly different between effective and ineffective group ( P〈0.05 ) . Compared with the effective group, invalid group raised its peak M/Z 3337, 11 650, its peak of 9234 M/Z. Conclusion: Using SELDI technology can predict the clinical curative effect of gamma knife treatment of ancreatic cancer.
