血栓通治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨注射用血栓通治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的临床效果及作用机制。方法:选取本院2012年4月-2015年6月诊治的急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者80例,所有入选患者均自行放弃冠脉再通治疗。根据治疗方案分为两组,40例患者采用常规基础治疗为对照组,40例患者采用常规基础治疗加用注射用血栓通为观察组,疗程1周,比较两组患者的临床指标、治疗效果、并发症情况。结果:观察组患者心功能平均值明显优于对照组,超声心动图LVEF平均值高于对照组,心肌梗死后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血栓通可明显改善急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的临床指标,提高疗效,改善心功能,减少不良事件。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect and the mechanism of action of xueshuantong in treatment of acute ST segment elevated myocardial infarction. Method： Eighty patients with acute ST segment elevated myocardial infarction were selected in hospital from April 2012 to June 2015. All enrolled patients gave up the treatment of coronary artery repatency by themselves. All the patients were divided into two groups, forty patients were treated by routine treatment as control group. Forty patients were treated by Xueshuantong combined with routine treatment as observation group. After 1 week treatment course, clinical parameters, treatment effect, complication incidence were compared between the two groups. Result： The average level of heart function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the LVEF mean value of UCG of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the complications after myocardial infarction of the observation group were significantly less t.han those of the control group, the differences between the two groups＇ were all statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Xueshuantong can significantly improve clinical parameters of patients with acute ST segment elevated myocardial infarction, which can also improve cure rate and improve heart function, reduce adverse events.
