摘　　要：在低油价下,与石油行业密切相关的资源、产业、技术、经济、市场、信息化等要素正在进入新的发展周期,石油行业面临资源进入常规油气与非常规油气并举期、产业进入结构调整期、技术进入创新活跃期、经济进入调整转型期、全球进入契合发展期以及社会进入信息化时期"六期叠加"的新形势。与此同时,石油行业的技术创新正在驱动颠覆性技术的发展,给传统油气行业发展提供了新的机遇,石油行业发展机遇与挑战并存。The factors that are closely related to the oil industry like resources, industry, technology, economy, markets, informatization are moving into a new development period under low oil price, the industry faces the new situation including six periods that resources enters into conventional and unconventional oil and gas simultaneously, industry enters into the structure adjustment, technology enters into innovation, the world enters into the development stage and the society enters into information era. In the meantime, technology innovation of oil industry is driving the development of disruptive technology, which provides new opportunities to the traditional oil and gas industry development, and oil industry faces both opportunities and challenges.
