舒适护理在全肺切除患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究分析舒适护理在全肺切除患者护理中的作用。方法将60例全肺切除患者随机分为对照组与观察组，各30例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组实行舒适护理，对比两组患者护理前后的焦虑、疼痛程度。结果护理前，两组患者的焦虑、疼痛程度评分，差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）；护理后，观察组的焦虑、疼痛程度评分均低于对照组（P〈0：05）。结论对全肺切除患者实行舒适护理，可有效降低患者的焦虑、疼痛程度，辅助患者病情尽快康复。Objective To study and analyze of the role of comfortable care in patients undergoing pneumonectomy. Methods 60 patients undergoing pneumonectomy were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 30 cases for each group. The control group were routinely cared and the observation group were comfortably cared. The anxiety and pain of these two groups were compared. Results Before the nursing care, there were no statistical differences in the scores of anxiety and pain between these two groups （P〉0.05）. After the nursing care, the scores of anxiety and pain were lower in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Comfortable care for patients undergoing pneumonectomy can effectively reduce the degree of anxiety and pain of the patients and help them recover as soon as possible.
