囊内注射曲安耐德联合磁铁持续固定加压治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨囊内注射曲安耐德联合磁铁持续固定加压治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为两组，治疗组50例，对照组50例。治疗组患者局部穿刺抽液冲洗后注入曲安耐德1ml，于耳廓双侧磁铁固定，对照组采取常规抽液后加压包扎固定，观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗组50例患者中，治疗组有效46例，对照组有效39例，治疗组有效率（92．00％）与对照组（76．00％）比较，差异具有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。结论囊内注射曲安耐德联合磁铁持续固定加压治疗耳廓假性囊肿方法简单，治疗效果满意，值得临床推广。Objective To study the curative effect of intracapsular injection oftriamcinolone combined with continuous magnet fixation in the treatment of auricular pseudocyst. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 50 for each group. The treatment group were injected 1 ml triamcinolone after drainage and fixed both sides of auricle with magnet and the control group were fixed by pressure bandaging after conventional drainage. The treatment effect was observed in both groups. Results The treatment was effective in 46 patients （92.00%） of the treatment group and in 39 patients（76.00%） of the control group, with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Intracapsular injection of triamcinolone combined with continuous magnet fixation in the treatment of auricular pseudocyst is simple and satisfyingly effective. It is worth being clinically generalized.
