胸腔镜辅助胸腔热灌注治疗胸部恶性疾病的疗效与护理

摘　　要：目的探讨胸腔镜辅助胸腔热灌注治疗肺部恶性疾病的疗效、毒副反应及临床护理。方法2012年1月至2013年12月我院对82例肺癌患者采用胸腔镜下手术联合热灌注化疗，回顾其疗效和护理情况。结果顺利完成3次热灌注治疗78例，占95．1％，排除3例自动放弃第3次灌注及1例在第2次热灌注出现心功能不全、恢复时间长终止治疗外，其余患者热灌注期间生命体征平稳，术后未出现明显毒副作用及并发症。结论胸腔镜辅助胸腔热灌注术治疗胸部恶性疾病疗效肯定，全方位的护理有助于胸腔热灌注的安全进行，避免并发症发生。Objective To investigate the curative effect, toxicity, and clinical nursing care of video- assisted thoracoscopic intrapleural hyperthermic perfusion in the treatment of pulmonary malignant disease. Methods Data was collected from 82 patients receiving video-assisted thoracoscopic intrapleural hyperthermic chemotherapy intrapleural infusion. Results 78 patients （95.1%） received all triple pleural perfusion, 3 patients rejected the third pleural perfusion, and 1 patient got heart failure during the second pleural perfusion and discontinued the treatment. No serious side effects and complications were found except temporary sweating, increased heart rate, and short of breath. Conclusions Video-assisted thoracoscopic pulmonary or pleural tumor resection combined with intrapleural hyperthermic perfusion for thoracic malignant disease is curatively effective. Omnidirectional nursing care is helpful for intrapleural hyperthermic perfusion with few complications.
