摘  要:采用HYSYS软件对两相分离器火灾工况下安全阀进行了动态模拟,同时分析了原油含水率变化对泄放时间、最大泄放量和泄放温度等因素的影响。研究表明:随着火灾加热时间的延长,原油的性质不断变化,仅根据安全阀设定压力高于原油的初始状态相包线中泡点线的最高压力判断液体膨胀作为其选型的主导因素会有一定的局限性,对火灾工况下安全阀的泄放应进行动态模拟分析;随着原油含水率的上升,安全阀的起跳时间呈现先减小后增加的趋势,最大泄放量和泄放温度均随含水率的升高而逐渐降低,并且当含水率超过某一值时最大泄放量和泄放温度基本不变;此外,安全阀的尺寸计算除了应考虑设备的最大液量之外,还应考虑含水率的影响。HYSYS software has been used to carry out fire case dynamic analysis of pressure safety valve (PSV) at a two-phase separator and analyze the influence of water content on bleed-off time of PSV, maximum relieving rate and relieving temperature. The research indicates: ( 1 ) The crude oil property changes with the extension of fire heating time, so it is inaccurate to judge liquid expansion as the governing selection factor for PSV when the set pressure is higher than the highest point at initial crude oil phase envelope. Dynamic research should be used to analyze PSV at the two-phase separator in fire case. ( 2 ) The bleed-off time of PSV decreases firstly and then increases with the increasing of water content, and the maximum relieving rate and relieving temperature decrease with the increasing of water content. Besides, the maximum relieving rate and relieving temperature are unchanged when the water content exceeds a certain value. (3) The calculation of PSV should not only consider the maximum fluid rate but also the influence of water content.
