摘  要:目的 对GB/T 5750.4-2006生活饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂的亚甲蓝分光光度法进行优化。方法 本法简化分析步骤,使用50ml比色管代替分液漏斗,不调pH不经酸洗,仅经一次萃取,1cm比色皿比色测定。结果 该方法在0~1.20mg/L范围内可获得良好线性,相关系数可达到0.999 9,检出限为0.01mg/L、最低检测质量浓度为0.04mg/L、相对标准偏差为1.71%~5.26%、加标回收率为97.17%~102.08%,结果与国标方法比较无差异(P〉0.05)。结论该方法操作简便、分析速度快,检出限低、线性范围好、准确度和精密度满足要求,且使用有机试剂量少,适于饮用水检测及基层实验室推广应用。Objective To improve and optimize the methylene blue spectrophotometric method in GB/T 5750. 4-2006 in drinking water. Methods This method simplified the analysis procedure. The samples were extracted directly with 50 ml colorimetric tube instead of separating funnel at one-time,and determined with lcm colorimetric pool,which didn't need to be adjusted in pH and acid washing steps. Results Good linear was obtained in the concentration range of 0-1.2 mg/ L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 9. The limit of detection was 0. 01 mg/L and limit of quantity was 0. 04 mg/ L. The relative standard deviations were 1.71% -5.26 % and the average recoveries were 97.17 %-102.08 %. No statistical- ly significant difference with the national standard method was observed. Conclusion The method is simple,fast and ac- curate, the limit of detection is low, the linear is good and less organic reagents are used, so it can be applied to determina- tion of anionic synthetic detergents in drinking water by basic laboratory.
