摘 要:目的探讨血浆DNA在急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死早期的变化,评估其在心肌梗死诊断方面的价值。方法应用实时荧光定量PCR法对28例急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死发生6h内血浆DNA浓度和肌钙蛋白I进行监测,并与50例健康对照组对比分析。结果急性心肌梗死胸痛发作6h内的28例患者,血浆DNA浓度经对数转换后的平均数值为4.16±0.25,健康对照组对数转换后平均数值为2.39±0.12,急性心肌梗死组高于健康对照组。血浆DNA相关的ROC分析示曲线下面积为0.870,95%置信区间为(0.764,0.976)。结论血浆DNA可作为急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死早期诊断的新标志物。Objective To investigate concentration of cell-free DNA changes following an hyperacute ST-elevation myo- cardial infarction (ASTEMI) and to assess any correlations With ASTEMI. Methods Serial cell-free DNA level were determined by quantitative Real-t/me PCR in 28 ASTEMI patients and in 50 healthy individuals. Concentrations of cell-free DNA in patients were compared with healthy subject. At the same time, cTnI was determined. And receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were used to analyse diagnosis value of cell-free DNA in acute myocardial infarction. Results Cell-free DNA concentra- tions in patients with ASTEMI showed a significant elevation compared with healthy controls ELg (mean+ SD) : (4.16±0. 25) vs (2.39±0.12), P〈0.05)]. ROC curve indicated that area under the curve was 0. 870 (P〈0, 05) and 95% confidence inter- val ranged 0. 764 to 0. 976. Conclusion Cell-free DNA may be a valuable marker for early diagnosing in ASTEMI.
