摘　　要：武陵山片区生态文明建设,对于加快建成扶贫攻坚示范区、跨省协作创新区、国际知名生态文化旅游区和创建民族团结模范区,构建长江流域重要生态安全屏障,促进我国区域经济社会和生态协调发展具有非常重要的战略意义。当前,我们必须以习近平总书记"四个全面"战略布局为指引,明确目标,把握好基本原则,讲究方法,找准抓手,扎实推进武陵山片区生态文明建设,努力让美丽与发展同行。Construction of Ecological Civilization in Wuling Mountain Area, there are very important strategic significance that accelerate the completion of Poverty Alleviation demonstration area, inter- provincial collaboration Innovation Zone, an internationally renowned eco-cuhural tourism and create national unity model area, build important ecological security barrier of the Yangtze River basin, and promote economic, social and ecological development of the region.
