摘  要:矿井通风瓦斯的排放浪费了大量能源,也加剧了温室效应。文章介绍了TFRR,CFRR,CMR三种煤矿通风瓦斯氧化技术的原理以及在国内外的研究、应用现状,在甲烷浓度、燃烧温度、成本以及廉价催化剂的研究等方面对三种技术对比分析,认为现阶段TFRR技术比较成熟,值得推广。而CFRR和CMR也有其独到优势,在未来有很好的发展前景。By the method of Data Envelopment Analysis, the paper makes a scientific evaluation of the efficiency of the competitive sports management institutions in China. First,the traditional CCR model is corrected,and then the CCRMPII model is built to analyze the input and output of the institution performance in the aspects of the number of full-time coaches, fund investment, the total number of medals, and the population who participate in physical exercises. The results show that the years from 1997 to 2008 is the important period of the development of competitive sports. With the 2008 Olympic Games as an opportunity, physical education in China has opened a new chapter since then. The efficiency value of the institutional reform was improved continuously, and reached to the maximum during the decision-making unit from 2005 to 2008. Chinese competitive sports system has changed from the supply-oriented institutional change at the beginning of the reform to the quasi-demand induced institutional change, and will eventually transit to the demand-induced institutional change which is in agreement with the intrinsic requirement of market economy.
