自拟皮炎汤治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨自拟皮炎汤治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床效果.方法 选取2012年1月至2015年1月于辽宁省鞍山市中心医院门诊治疗的面部激素依赖性皮炎患者120例,将患者按随机数字表法分为观察组（66例）与对照组（54例）.观察组给予自拟皮炎汤,水煎服,每日1剂,分早晚2次;对照组口服咪唑斯汀10 mg,1次/d.4周为1个疗程.比较2组的临床疗效、治疗前及治疗1、2、4周和停药2周后成人皮肤生活质量指数问卷（DLQI）评分,以及药物不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组[92.4％（61/66）比77.8％（42/54）],差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗前,2组患者DLQI评分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.治疗1、2、4周和停药2周后观察组患者DLQI评分均明显低于对照组[（5.5±2.1）分比（6.5±2.4）分、（4.6±1.9）分比（5.5±2.0）分、（3.8±2.0）分比（4.6±1.9）分、（3.8±1.8）分比（4.7±2.0）分],差异均有统计学意义（均P＜O.05）.治疗期间,观察组1例,对照组2例发生局部皮肤刺激症状,予硼酸局部湿敷后好转,未影响治疗.结论 自拟皮炎汤治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效优于口服咪唑斯汀治疗,能迅速改善患者的皮损情况,改善皮肤功能及状况,且不良反应较少.Objective To compare the clinical effects of self-made decotion in treating hormone-dependent facial dermatitis.Methods Totally 120 patients with hormone-dependent facial dermatitis from January 2012 to January 2015 were randomly divided into observation group （66 cases） and control group （54 groups）.Observation group was orally given self-made decotion （decocted in water,1 dose/d,2 times/d in the morning and night）;control group was orally given mizolastine （10 mg,1 time/d）.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.The efficacy was observed;the scores of Dermatology Life Quality Index （DLQI） before and 1,2,4 weeks after treatment,2 weeks after drug withdrawal was compared between groups;the adverse reactions were recorded.Results The effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group [92.4% （61/66） vs 77.8% （42/54）] （P 〈 0.05） Before treatment,the DLQI score was not significantly different between groups （P 〉 0.05）;1,2,4 weeks after treatment,2 weeks after drug withdrawal,the DLQI score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group [（5.5 ± 2.1） scores vs （6.5 ± 2.4） scores,（4.6 ± 1.9） scores vs （5.5 ± 2.0） scores,（3.8 ± 2.0） scores vs （4.6 ± 1.9） scores,（3.8 ± 1.8） scores vs （4.7 ± 2.0） scores] （P 〈 0.05）.During treatment,there were 3 cases （1 in observation group and 2 in control group） having partial skin irritation symptoms after treatment,and the symptoms were improved by boric acid compression.Conclusion Compared with mizolastine,the self-made decotion has better curative efficacy and can effectively improve the skin lesions in treating hormone-dependent facial dermatitis with less adverse reactions.
