摘 要:舰船腐蚀具有客观性和普遍性,其存在对装备危害严重。舰船装备工作管理者和设计者要以系统工程思想开展腐蚀预防与控制管理、顶层设计,要算好全寿命、全行业的经济账。腐蚀预防与控制要贯穿装备的全过程,设计是最重要最主要的环节,要抓好建造、使用、修理等环节的腐蚀控制,要建立腐蚀控制系统工程的管理程序。舰船腐蚀控制系统工程中,需要抓好发展规划、标准规范、材料环境、腐蚀数据库建设、检测与评估工作。Corrosion is widely exist on navy ships, which does harmful to navy armament. For administer and designer of navy armament, it is vitally important to carry out work of corrosion design, prevention, control and economic analysis with idea of systems engineering. Corrosion prevention and control should be performed through the entire service life of armament, in which design is the key step and other step such as building, employing and maintaining must also be taken into account. In systems engineering of corrosion prevention and control for navy ships, more attention should be paid to the work of development planning, standard and corrosion database construction, corrosion measurement and assessment.
