摘 要:采用Aspen Plus软件和NRTL物性方法,对间壁塔(DWC)中1,3丙二醇(PDO)的分离精制进行了模拟研究。以预处理后的甘油发酵液为原料,利用三塔等效模型,进行简捷计算,获得了间壁塔的初始参数。采用Petlyuk模块,基于Design Expert软件和响应曲面法(RSM)对进料位置、侧线出料位置、互连物流量L_(12)和V_(12)进行了系统模拟与优化。同时,利用Sensitivity模块,对回流比进行了灵敏度分析。对比传统二塔精馏流程,在回收率相同条件下,PDO的质量分数由99.59%可提升至99.82%,再沸器负荷可降低约25%,节能效果显著。Based on Aspen Plus, the purification of 1,3-propanediol is simulated in dividing wall column with NRTL model. With pretreated glycerol fermented broth as feedstock, the initial parameters of DWC are obtained by simplified calculation and optimization of a three-column distillation system. The rigorous simulation and optimization of feed location, side-draw location and interconnected material flow of Ll2 and V12 are performed by Petlyuk module, based on response surface methodology and Design Expert software. At the same time, the sensitivity of reflux ratio is also conducted by using Sensitivity analysis module. Compared with traditional two-column distillation processes, the mass fraction of PDO increases from 99. 59% to 99. 82% and the reboiler heat duty is decreased by 25% with no significant difference in the PDO recovery.
