摘　　要：高校创业孵化园的建立成为高校创业教育的重要形式,以创业孵化园为平台培育和扶持具备发展前景的创业项目。在高校创业孵化园运行的过程中,存在着诸如项目选择标准不一、减免式扶持过于简单、退出机制缺位以及融资模式单一等问题。这些问题的存在严重制约了大学生创业孵化园的运行质量,高校就业创业指导部门应着力解决此类问题,促进高校毕业生创业工作快速发展。Establish a business incubator in University Park, has become the main form of enterprise education, entrepreneurship incubator as a platform to foster and support with the development prospects of the venture. In the process of business incubator run universities, there are different selection criteria such as project, to support relief formula is too simple, the absence of exit mechanisms and financing mode single other issues. These problems have seriously hampered the quality of university students run business incubator park, employment and entrepreneurship of University departments should guide efforts to resolve such problems, promote the rapid development of college graduates start work.
